Lyca Health, Orpington

Full internal strip out of the ground floor of an existing office in a two storey building, followed by the fit out of 10,000ft² to form a Diagnostic and Treatment Centre, featuring Physiotherapy suite, for the Lyca Health Group.

The works involved the full internal soft strip out (including all existing Mechanical and Electrical Installations) of the existing open plan office floor space.
The fit out included a number of high specification fittings and finishes, including bespoke joinery items, along with a full new mechanical and electrical installation. Specialist medical scanning equipment (CT scanner, MRI scanner and X Ray machine) was provided by Phillips Healthcare. The building also contains a Physiotherapy suite run by the Healthshare Group.
