This reconstituted stone clad residential tower and adjacent eight-storey commercial building is located to the north of the Elephant and Castle. The relocation of bus routes and stands will allow significant improvements to the public realm around the site.

The building is adjacent Elephant and Castle Underground Station, with the Northern Line running very close to the basement piles, requiring continual monitoring and liaison.
