Refurbishment of 20 apartments in six locations to provide high quality private rental flats.

The buildings comprised six small apartment blocks in Central London. The existing features were dilapidated, so the apartments were fully refurbished with new secondary glazing, new finishes, kitchens and bathrooms. An additional lift was incorporated to improve access and a new roof garden was constructed.
