Boiler Replacement Project

PBM comprises three buildings; Princes House, Buckingham Court and Matlock House.  Built at various periods during 1936 to 1938, each building is 7 storeys, distributed around central open spaces. The project comprised the replacement of existing boiler plant for apartment heating and hot water storage calorifiers located in a common basement, with the works being carried out in a phased manner to maintain the live envirioment.
