Richard Jones
Director

Richard joined ABC as an Associate Director in 2015.  His experience in the construction industry evolved within retail and leisure with a quantity surveying practice in London where he spent 16 years as a surveyor and more project manager.  Richard has an aptitude for team building and he successfully manages and controls programme, cost and commercial risk on his projects, has excellent attention to detail, and expert understanding of clients’ needs and objectives.

During his career, Richard has worked with a variety of public and private developer clients in the retail / leisure, academic, residential and mixed-use sectors of the industry.
