Partial demolition and reconstruction of the existing former Walkabout Public House building and extension to entertainment use at basement level; works to the existing Dorsett hotel to provide an extension to the existing hotel restaurant at ground floor level with 74 serviced apartments on the upper floors and new public realm.

There will be elements of the building, the front façade which is to be retained and the east elevation is to be carefully removed brick by brick in order that the basement can be excavated and then the elevation rebuilt with the existing bricks. An entertainment space is proposed to the new basement with ground floor upwards containing 74nr serviced apartments. The ground floor space will extend the existing Dorsett hotel restaurant.
